We provide answer-engine optimization information and tools, including a free AI-visibility report that analyzes how AI answer engines reference brands in response to unbranded category queries. Reports are generated from automated queries and third-party AI outputs, are provided for informational purposes, and may vary over time. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, traffic, or business result.
When you request a report, you authorize us to email it to the address you provide and to send related communications. We may limit the number of free reports per user or email address. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

The Services, including all content, software, and branding (excluding third-party marks), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. Third-party names and logos referenced in reports are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The Services rely on and may link to third-party platforms (including AI and search providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
THE SERVICES AND REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results will be achieved.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute will lie in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
